At Kartik Research, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all hand-woven tags and artisanal labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
